Letitia McMaster, DPT
Letitia McMaster founded McMaster Physical Therapy in 1994 in Maumelle, Arkansas. She moved her practice to Conway in 1999 and has since opened locations in Greenbrier and Vilonia. Letitia is a native of Cedarville, Arkansas and an alumnus of John Brown University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. She also holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas.
With over 25 years of experience, working in both outpatient and inpatient physical therapy environments, she has always been dedicated to providing compassionate and competent care to her patients. These qualities continue to be the enduring standard at McMaster Physical Therapy.
Tasi Wyatt, Owner, Clinic Administrator
Tasi Wyatt has been employed with McMaster Physical Therapy for 10 years. She is a 1998 graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management. She completed her graduate degree in 2005 at the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Community Services Counseling. Tasi has been in this industry for 15 years and is committed to providing the best knowledge and information regarding insurance, Medicare, and all benefits available to our patients during their road to recovery.
Tasi resides in Conway, Arkansas with her two sons, Derek and Tyler. In her spare time she enjoys walking and spending time with her family.
Darren Beckham, Owner, Director, DPT
Darren Beckham is a native of Texarkana, Arkansas. He attended Texarkana College and the University of Central Arkansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Darren is currently the director of McMaster Physical Therapy in Greenbrier, Arkansas and has been since 2004. His areas of expertise include geriatrics, orthopedics and sports related injuries. Darren previously worked in Louisiana at Winnsboro Physical Therapy as a clinic director and staff PT. Areas of his practice included outpatient, home health, acute care and senior living care. He also has background experience in inpatient rehabilitation and industrial medicine. Darren’s dedication and experience in physical therapy insures the best possible patient care provided in this area.
Darren and his wife, Lori, reside in Conway and have two young daughters. He enjoys coaching both girls in multiple sports and spending time attending Razorback Athletics as his hobbies.
Debbie Davis, Owner, Director, MSPT, MTC
Debbie Davis graduated from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She received her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 1990. Debbie continued and received her Certificate in Manual Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 1995.
Debbie is currently the director of the Conway McMaster Clinic. She has worked in outpatient orthopedics for 19 years with extensive continuing education in orthopedics, manual therapy and lymphedema treatment. Debbie’s key skills and tools she has acquired continue to insure that all patients are provided the upmost care available in this area.
Debbie resides in Little Rock and enjoys golf, tennis and traveling.
Belinda Greer, OTR/L, Certified Hand Specialist
Belinda Greer is a native of Phenix City, Alabama and graduated from the Medical Center of Augusta, Georgia in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She received her Hand Therapy Certification in 2003.
Belinda joined McMaster Physical Therapy in October of 2004. She has been in practice for more than 24 years, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Belinda has an innovative approach to treating the most complex upper extremity diagnoses. Her hand specialty and passion for helping others has made her a valuable member of our clinic.
Belinda resides in Maumelle. She enjoys competitive tennis and landscaping in her spare time.
Brandyn Richards, MSPT
Brandyn Richards is a Faulkner County native who attended Conway High School and then the University of Central Arkansas where she obtained her Master of Science in Physical Therapy.
Brandyn is currently the Clinical Director at McMaster Physical Therapy in Vilonia, Arkansas. She developed her love for treating orthopedic injuries when she volunteered for the Conway High School football team for 8 years. Brandyn also brings to us 10 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation from Baptist Rehabilitation Institute in Little Rock, Arkansas and has a specialty certification in assistive technology.
Away from work, Brandyn enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and daughter, church activities and attending community sporting events.
Terri Berkshire, MSPT
Terri Berkshire graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the University of Georgia in 1990, then returned to school and received her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2000.
Terri is a staff PT who is well experienced in the areas of home health, pediatric, women’s health and outpatient physical therapy.
Terri enjoys being physically active; completed her 1st Marathon in 2008, traveling, reading and various outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking.
Beth Quattlebaum, DPT
Beth Quattlebaum, originally from Helena, graduated from Desoto School in 2000 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from the University of Central Arkansas in 2003. She continued at UCA and obtained a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2006.
Beth comes to us with three years experience in outpatient physical therapy and sports rehabilitation while working at Lane Physical Therapy in Russellville, Arkansas.
In her spare time, Beth, an avid baseball fan, enjoys watching sports, running and participating in church activities.
Maly Jackson, OT
Maly Jackson is a native of Overland Park, Kansas and graduated from Kansas University in 1990 with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
Maly joined McMaster Physical Therapy in February of 2008 from Baptist Health where she gained over 18 years experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Her specialty includes treating complex upper extremities injuries and the lymphedema population. Maly is currently treating patients at our St. Andrew’s Rehabilitation Center contract.
Maly resides in Maumelle, Arkansas with her husband and two children. She enjoys running and training for marathons in her spare time.
Sara Jones, PTA
Sara Jones graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2000. Since graduation, Sara has worked primarily in outpatient physical therapy clinics from Arkansas to New York and back.
Sara’s experience includes aquatics, inpatient rehab, core training and sports rehabilitation. Sara is currently the director of McMaster Physical Therapy’s Aquatic Program.
Sara is married with one child and loves spending time with her family, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
Terry Hearn, PTA
Terry Hearn graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a Bachelor of Science degree in Wellness Leadership. Terry continued her education by pursuing an additional degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from the University of Central Arkansas in 2020.
Terry has been working in this field for McMaster Physical Therapy for 8 years. With her continued interest in exercise, Terry developed a passion for Pilates which has the ability to adapt for any person at any age. She incorporates Pilates exercise in physical therapy to further a patient’s rehabilitation. Terry is a Pilates instructor, certified in both Mat and Reformer exercises.
Terry’s hobbies include teaching classes at Pilates of Central Arkansas and her personal training business, Pilates Integration, LLC. She is married with a blended family of 5 children and resides in Wooster, Arkansas.
